Director of Operations
Justin is an accomplished operations manager with almost 20 years of software development experience and 15 years of experience in project management. His extensive credentials include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO) and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
At Phase 2, Justin’s role is to provide agile operations and project management structure that focuses on radical transparency, collaboration, and relentless improvement. From ongoing maintenance and support to complex projects and transformations, Justin has set up Phase 2 to pride itself on our pragmatic and people-centered processes.
Outside of Phase 2, Justin is a husband, father of two girls, CrossFit athlete, and always hungry.
