Shane is Phase 2’s President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Since graduating college with a degree in philosophy and religion, Shane has found his niche in technology development. For more than 20 years, he has been designing, developing, and implementing software and digital strategies for organizations.
From large-scale enterprise software implementations to major online banking platforms, Shane has a wealth of experience using technology to improve how people work and play. In his roles as both President and CTO, he employs his decades of experience by bringing together people, processes, and technology to create great software.
Outside of Phase 2, Shane is a husband, father of two girls, and enjoys woodworking.
