Tammy Engel
Director of Administration
Tammy manages nearly all of Phase 2’s administrative efforts. She has been an integral part of Phase 2 since 2007, working closely with each of our team members and clients. Tammy is the backbone of our management team, overseeing accounting and human resources, from accounts payable and receivable to taxes to employee benefits to vendor management. Tammy is also a champion for Phase 2’s culture of innovation. She ensures that our team has everything they need in order to be successful on behalf of our clients, especially as we operate within the remote world. Outside of Phase 2, Tammy enjoys spending time with her friends and family and raising her son.
