Sarah Beck

Sarah Beck is the Director of Program Management at Phase 2, leading initiatives for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC) and overseeing complex enterprise projects. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience from the U.S. Air Force and Amazon Global, where she specialized in aviation maintenance, logistics, and program management.
A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a BS in Business Management and an MBA in Logistics Management from Trident University, Sarah is guided by the values of discipline, honesty, and service. Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family.
