As Vice President at Phase 2, he draws on a background spanning energy, healthcare, and finance—working with organizations from startups to Fortune 500s. With a degree in Management Information Systems, he’s held roles including Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Solution Delivery Consultant. He’s known for aligning teams to business goals, building scalable solutions, and leading with a people-first approach—thriving in both executive strategy and hands-on collaboration. He lives in Piedmont, OK with his wife, Sarah, and their two kids, Breck and Ava.
