Andy Morris is Director of Engineering and Chief Software Architect at Phase 2, where he leads complex engineering efforts for Drakewell and supports both private and public sector teams. With expertise in .NET, Ruby, JavaScript, SQL, and data visualization, Andy excels at bridging technical gaps across diverse teams. Before joining Phase 2, he worked in financial software and began his career building video game websites and custom web solutions. He’s passionate about guiding teams through tough engineering challenges and delivering high-quality, reliable software. Andy lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Julie, and their daughter, Mae.
