Andy Morris is Director of Engineering at Phase2, where he leads complex engineering efforts for both private and public sector teams, and was a founding member of Drakewell. With expertise in a wide range of technologies, Andy excels at bridging technical gaps across diverse teams. Before joining Phase2, he worked in financial software and began his career building video game websites and custom web solutions. He’s passionate about guiding teams through tough engineering challenges and delivering high-quality, reliable software. Andy lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Julie, and their daughter, Mae.
