Alison Grogan
Vice President
Alison brings over 15 years of experience aligning technical solutions with business strategy. She joined Phase 2 in 2017 and also serves as President of Drakewell, a Phase 2 sister company. Alison leads account strategy, project scoping, and digital transformation efforts, including five years guiding Phase 2’s work with the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Oklahoma State University, Alison began her career in oil and gas, driving innovation through technology. She’s passionate about building fit-for-purpose software grounded in empathy for end users and is skilled in managing client relationships, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable solutions.
She lives in Edmond with her husband, Spencer, and their two daughters, Maddie and Olivia.
