Oklahoman Honors Phase 2 as 2023 Top Workplace | Technology solutions company ranked second in the small business category

OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 13, 2023) – Phase 2 was honored with a top position in The Oklahoman’s 2023 Top Workplaces list. The company ranked second among nearly 50 companies in the small business category. The annual list is developed based on survey responses from employees.

Phase 2 President and CEO Heath Clinton said being recognized as a great place to work is meaningful because of all the company does to foster a positive culture.

“I attribute our success as a company to our commitment to hiring and developing the best talent and creating an environment where they can flourish,” said Clinton. “We treat our employees with a great deal of respect, allow them to develop as professionals and give them the autonomy they need to do their best work. This recognition is a testament to the power of that approach.”

The annual Top Workplaces list honors Oklahoma companies earning the highest marks from their employees based on how valued they feel as individuals, reasonable work-life balance, and opportunities to learn new skills or grow into larger roles.
