Mark Towler is the Founder and CEO of Phase 2. Phase 2 initially focused on website development, but has transitioned, under Mark's leadership, into a custom software company that crafts enterprise scale software for industry-leading companies like Sonic Drive-In and Ditch Witch.

Phase 2 has been successful for nearly 20 years, which is no small feat given how volatile the software industry is. This is a true testament to Mark's leadership. Phase 2 prides itself on creating innovative software that brings value to clients. Recently the Pioneer Library System Connect application was nominated for the “2016 Innovator of the Year” award as a visionary solution in the library industry. Phase 2 has also had the honor of being a seven-time recipient of Oklahoma City’s “Metro 50” fastest growing company award thanks to Mark’s innovative and competitive spirit.

Mark Towler has a transformative leadership style that allows him to help each individual in the company grow in a professional and personal capacity. Every month during our company-wide meeting, Mark instills Phase 2’s purpose:
